Fitness is one aspect that has disciplined me and molded my thoughts. In the gym, you desire a goal whether it's to lose weight or gain endurance. What do you want to achieve? If anything I believe now is the time to take initiative and decide. There’s no better day than today to start turning those “I want to’s” into “to do’s.” It might not be easy and it won’t happen overnight but your life, your goal, whatever you want to do is too important for you to settle.
